Responsibilities:
1. Remote troubleshooting and problem handling;
2. Train customers on the use of equipment and the handling of common problems;
3. Remote assistance to customers in dealing with field problems;
4. Travel to the customer's site to deal with on-site problems;
5. Software upgrade at the customer's site;
6. Firmware burning at the customer's site;
7. On site commissioning and later equipment maintenance of the project;
8. Communicate solutions with customers, and try to meet the subsequent needs of customers on the basis of the current situation;
9. Record customer problems and demands, and report to R & D department if necessary.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in general recruitment, automation, mechatronics, electronic information engineering and other related majors;
2. Have an understanding of the control principle of high-precision automation equipment, and be proficient in troubleshooting; have clear thinking;
3. Good electrical knowledge, preferred for docking with automation equipment;
4. Good mechanical knowledge, docking with automation equipment is preferred;
5. Basic programming ability;
6. Proficient in using office software and manipulator programming and debugging ability;
7. Be able to accept business trip.
