Atom Absorption Spectrophotometer is primarily used to measure inorganic elements.

Basic Operation Principle: free atomic vapour in the ground state of the element under test and light energy that absorbed light source radiation from atomic characteristic spectral line of the element, functional relationship exists between the absorded light energy and concentration of free atoms of the elements.Content of the e lement under test can be confirmed by measuring the size of absorbed light energy.
